For the last couple months my daughters Ariyona and Hannah have been using the Kaplan online tutoring program. This program happened to come around at a perfect time.� See Ariyona is my “A” student, but having a little bit of problems in math. Right now she is in 8th grade and is taking Algebra. Now I did NOT like this subject, so I feel her pain. Then there is Hannah who needs a little help in both reading and math. My Hannah is in the first grade, but is a little bit still on the K level. So when we had the opportunity to try out this tutoring program that we have seen advertised online I was excited.
I would have to say that I am totally pleased with the Kaplan tutoring program. Both of my daughters actually enjoy using the program and it doesn’t seem like homework or a chore to them. I think they also like learning the points that can be redeemed for prizes. This online tutoring program has great incentives for our kids to learn. What I do know is this program is more exciting than some of the other online tutoring programs available. For example, two weeks ago my daughter Hannah’s teacher gave us a login to a tutoring program that the school is now using. I have had Hannah use both programs, but Hannah honestly prefers the Kaplan program.

What I like about the program is my children like it. I also love that I can login at anytime to view their progress. There is a report option that allows you to view and print their progress reports. This is something that I have been printing and handing in to Hannah’s teacher each week so she can also see her progress.
